How can I see the conversion rate of my job posting?

In Get on Board job dashboards for companies, the conversion rate shows how many people who viewed your job went on to apply. It helps you gauge interest at a glance, alongside the raw application count.

What the metric means

Conversion rate is the percentage of views that become applications. A lower rate usually means candidates are curious but hesitant to apply.

Use this number together with total applications so you can see both volume and interest.

Where to find it

Open the job in your dashboard and look for the eye icon with total views. The conversion rate appears next to that number and opens more metrics when you click it.

If you cannot see pageviews or conversion, the job may be locked, your subscription may be paused, or the job was published before October 16, 2023 (older jobs do not show pageviews).

What to adjust if conversion is low

If you see many views but few applicants, review the job content and requirements:

  1. Make sure the salary range is clear and competitive.
  2. Reduce screening questions that are not essential.
  3. Clarify seniority, location, and remote/hybrid expectations.
  4. Highlight perks that matter to your target candidates.
