Where can I find metrics and reports for my jobs?

When you track recruiting performance on Get on Board, your metrics are divided across two places: each job’s individual dashboard and the company-wide Reports section. Knowing which view to use saves time.

Where to start

  1. Open a specific job in your dashboard to see job-level metrics like views and conversion.
  2. Open Reports in the left menu to review cross-process metrics.

Reports availability depends on your active subscription plan and enabled metrics.

What each view answers

  1. Job dashboard: “How is this specific job doing right now?”
  2. Reports > Overview: “How is my recruiting operation performing over time?”
  3. Reports > Discards: “Why are candidates being discarded?”
  4. Reports > Performance: “How long do processes take and what outcomes are we getting?”

Recommended reading order

  1. Check job conversion and view volume for immediate demand signals.
  2. Check attractiveness guidance to spot job content issues.
  3. Use reports to compare trends across multiple processes.
  4. If one job is underperforming, run a diagnostic workflow.
