Boost maximizes the visibility and scope of your job posting on Get on Board, especially when you need to recruit with urgency or for highly competitive or hard-to-find positions. To activate Boost, it is imperative that the ad is already unlocked. Boost lasts 14 days, after which will be deactivated and your job ad will go back to its normal visibility and will be listed chronologically again.

At Get on Board, all published jobs go through a review process by our editorial team according to our moderation policy. The better your job ad is written and described, the more chances you have to be published right away.
If you wish to delete your company's account, you must request it formally by writing an email to info@getonbrd.com. The request must be sent by an account administrator, from the same email that was used when the company was registered on Get on Board.

When you create a job on Get On Board, our algorithm identifies the keywords of your ad and generates tags to facilitate its search with professionals. Also, tags help us determine the minimum salary range required for the job you are posting.
When you unpublish a process, it stays open, so it continues to appear as an ongoing process in your dashboard. Closing a process on Get on Board lets candidates know that you are no longer looking for the position.
Duplicating a process means cloning the job and publishing a new clean selection process. When you re-open a process, you keep the data of your original job.

When you post a job ad on Get on Board, the name of the company should always be visible. It's important that professionals know for which company they are applying. We understand that sometimes there are certain hires that are delicate or whose disclosure can bring you problems. In those cases, you can post a job ad non-visible to the public (private) if you have a subscription plan.
When you post a job on Get on Board, it is very important that you manage the process within the platform and communicate with applicants throughout the selection process.
