Is it necessary to create a company account for each country?

If your company operates in more than one country, you do not need a separate account for each one. On Get on Board you can set the city or country per job ad, so a single account keeps everything in one place.

Before creating a new account, verify that someone on your team has not created one already. If it exists, ask the admin to invite you to the team.
