How is the match percentage between a candidate and a job calculated?

In Get on Board’s recruiting process for companies, Superpower AI can show a match percentage on each application when the job has Superpower enabled. It helps you scan how close a candidate is to the job, but it is only one signal.

What the percentage is based on

Superpower AI compares the job description with information in the application, such as the CV text and application answers. If the candidate links a public GitHub profile, that signal can also be considered.

How to interpret the match percentage

Use the percentage to prioritize review, not to make a final decision. Always read the CV and application answers before moving someone forward or discarding them.

In List view, match values include simple color cues to help you scan results quickly. Avoid treating any single color or number as a strict cutoff.
