We care about account security, so passwords must meet minimum requirements when you create or update them.

What requirements must my password meet?

• Length: at least 8 characters.
• Restrictions: it cannot match your user ID (for example, your email or name).
• Character types: letters (upper and lowercase), numbers, and spaces or symbols.

We recommend updating your password periodically and not leaving your session open on shared devices. You can also enable 2FA for extra protection.

How do I change my password?

1. In the top-right menu, click Edit your account details.
2. Go to the “New password” field and enter the new one.
3. Confirm the new password.
4. Enter your current password and save the changes.
