How can I access my account if I have changed my email address in the social network I use to log in?

If you changed the email address in the social network you use to log in (Google, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), you can still access your account by signing in with that same provider. To keep notifications and magic-link access updated, change the email in your Get on Board profile.

Steps to update your email

1. Log in to Get on Board with your usual social provider.
2. Go to Edit your profile and enter your new email.
3. Confirm the new email from the verification message you will receive.

What if I do not have access to my previous email?

If you cannot access your old email, contact us via chat so we can validate your identity and help you recover your account.

If you try to sign in with a different provider:

• If it uses the same email, we will send a magic link to confirm it, and you may be prompted to consolidate accounts.
• If it uses a different email, the platform will create a new account. Contact us via chat to merge accounts if needed.
