What are the suggestions that appear on my process (kanban) board?
In the first column of your process board you can see invitations from Talent Database or Boost. You will also see up to 50 recommended professionals that best match your job.
These profiles are selected by our matching algorithm based on applicant history and profile data, so you can invite them in a couple of clicks.
How do the suggestions work?
Once a job is approved after moderation, our algorithm recommends up to 50 matching profiles. These appear in the Invitations column and only join your process once you invite them.
You can invite professionals one by one by hovering over the card and selecting Invite.
You can also invite all suggestions with Invite all. Inviting suggestions uses your monthly credits, according to your subscription plan.
To dismiss a suggestion, open the card menu (three dots) and choose Dismiss suggestion.
Where can I see the status of my invitations?
At the top of the column, open the invitations list. There you will see invitations sent from Talent Database, Suggestions, and Boost, identified by the icon next to each professional.
What if I regret sending an invitation?
You can revoke invitations from the card menu using Revoke. Revoking does not restore the credit that was used.
If you revoke by mistake, you can resend with Resend. This does not consume additional credits.
