Company profile and team management

A short, structured company description helps candidates scan your culture and mission quickly. Use headings, highlights, and a clear tone to stand out.

You can change your company name in Settings. If you want the URL slug to change too, contact us via chat or email.

If you have the admin role, go to Members and groups to remove users. If they are the only admin, assign that role first before removing them.

To join your company's account, an admin must send you an invitation and you must complete the registration.

Anyone with an admin role can reassign roles to other members from the Manage users section.

Groups are work teams you create to assign and differentiate access to selection processes among users in your company.

If there are other accounts with your company name in the same country, you can request the removal of unofficial accounts.

If you have admin permissions, you can edit your company name and contact details from the company profile.

On Get on Board, users can have different roles and there is no limit on the number of users per account.

Yes. An admin must email info@getonbrd.com from the account email to request deletion. The request is confirmed with the team and deleted within 30 days.

If your company operates in more than one country, you do not need a separate account for each one. Use a single account and set the job location per ad.

Every company account includes a careers page with your profile and active jobs. Admins can customize it with brand colors, images, video, and copy.

There is no limit to the number of users in your company account. Invite as many people as you need so each team member can manage their own work.

If you have the admin role, go to Members and groups, add the person’s email, and send the invitation. There is no user limit.
