What bulk actions can I take in my hiring process?

In the Get on Board process view, recruiters can use bulk actions to handle multiple applicants at once instead of repeating the same task per person.

Bulk actions available in the process

1. Bulk message: send one message to several applicants, and reuse saved templates when needed.
2. Bulk move: move multiple applicants to another phase in one step.
3. Bulk discard: discard multiple applicants at once and record a reason.
4. Bulk invite: invite several suggested professionals from Talent Database, using your available invitation credits.

When bulk actions appear

Bulk actions appear after you select more than one applicant in the process view. The available actions depend on what you selected and the phase you are in. Some actions may be limited by your plan.

Large bulk actions can take a few moments to finish.
