In the Get on Board recruitment process, you can review applicants in two views. If you are recruiting, pick the one that fits how you like to manage your pipeline day to day.
Board view (Kanban)
- Best for visualizing stages and moving applicants between phases.
- Lets you drag cards, collapse columns, and track progress at a glance.
- Ideal when you are actively moving people through the process.
List view (Beta)
- Best for scanning many applicants quickly in a sortable table.
- Useful for sorting by newest/oldest, salary high/low, or best match when Superpower AI is on.
- Shows key fields (phase, answers score when enabled, messages, notes, salary, match, and date sent) in one row.
Filters work across both views
You can use filters in either view, and Superpower filters are available when your plan includes them. Pick the view that fits your workflow and switch as needed.
If you need to review many candidates quickly, start with List view and switch to Board view when you are ready to move people through phases.
