When you post a job ad on Get on Board, the name of the company should always be visible. It's important that professionals know for which company they are applying. 
We understand that sometimes there are certain hires that are delicate or whose disclosure can bring you problems. In those cases, you can post a job ad non-visible to the public (private) if you have a subscription plan. 

If your company performs recruitment or outsourcing services on behalf of other clients you must check the option I am recruiting on behalf of another company

If you wish to post a job confidentially simply select the 'Post as confidential' option under your job title in step 1 of job creation. 

You can leave private notes which will be shared with the whole team. If your company has Slack integration with Get on Board's ATS, the whole team will get instant notifications. 

On Get on Board, you must always identify the company on which the professional will work at.
