Get on Board requires every job to identify the final hiring company. This helps professionals understand where they will work and prevents confusion in the hiring process.
If your company provides recruiting or outsourcing services for other clients, check I am recruiting on behalf of another company in step 1 of job creation and add the hiring company name and website.
You can also choose Post as confidential, which hides the job from public listings and only reaches professionals you invite through Talent Database (subscription plans only). Confidential jobs still need to identify the final hiring company.
For consulting firms where professionals rotate across client projects, you do not need to list every client, but the job description must explain the on-site or project modality clearly.
Jobs with anonymous or hidden hiring companies will not be published. Please review the job moderation policy and the seniorities policy for the full criteria.
