How can I reply to applicants’ messages from my email?
When you create a job, at least one teammate must have email notifications activated. With notifications on, you will receive applicant messages in your inbox and can reply directly to the same email.
Your reply appears in the Messages tab of the applicant card and the applicant also receives it by email.
Remember you can create message templates and send bulk messages at each stage. You can also use this message template kit.
