What you will do

Manage and oversee projects using Zoho Projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
Optimize and maintain Zoho CRM workflows to enhance team efficiency and data management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, regularly updating project progress and challenges.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the Zoho ecosystem and implement best practices.
Develop and document project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of accountability and proactive problem-solving within the team.

Requirements

4+yeas of experience as a Project Manager.
Advanced knowledge of Zoho Projects and Zoho CRM is mandatory.
Proficiency in managing workflows, automation, and integrations within Zoho.
Ability to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and challenges to diverse audiences.
Proven experience working effectively in team-oriented environments.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
A self-starter who identifies and addresses challenges before they escalate.
