Where can I check the renewal date of my subscription plan?

When you purchase a subscription plan with a credit card, the plan renews automatically. See details in Do subscriptions renew automatically or do I have to pay again manually?.

Where to check the renewal date

Open Your subscription from the top-right menu or go directly to /subscription. There you can see your plan status and its expiration or renewal date. From the same menu, you can also access your invoices and company account settings.

You will receive email reminders 15 and 7 days before the renewal date. If you need to stop the renewal, follow How do I cancel an automatic subscription?. You can keep using the plan until it expires.

If you purchased a plan with manual payment via electronic transfer, automatic renewal is disabled.

Notes: - Manual payment is only available for Recruiter or custom plans in Chile, Peru, or the United States.
