Where can I access my invoices or proof of purchase?

When you make a payment on Get On Board you receive an invoice in your email. In addition, you can access all your invoices or bills whenever you need them, from the menu on your careers page

  • You must have an administrator role in the company account to access the invoices
  • Log in to your profile in Get On Board, with the email you use for your company account
  • Open the menu that pops up when you click on your name, on the upper right side
  • Select the "Invoices" option

Remember that if you do not have access to the invoices, you must ask an account administrator to change your role in your company's account on Get On Board.
