• Monitor and report project progress using Salesforce Inspire Planner.
• Manage and resolve incoming Zoom Project Engagement Requests (PSO-ER).
• Ensure proper documentation and organization of project activities.
• Guide teams on processes and best practices within Inspire Planner.
• Communicate with stakeholders, provide updates, and ensure smooth project flow.

• Proven experience in Project Management using Salesforce Inspire Planner.
• Strong tracking, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to resolve and guide project requests effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English.
• Agile Methodologies.
