Role Overview

The Travel Designer will be responsible for crafting and managing luxury travel itineraries that meet the highest standards of personalized service. Key tasks include curating bespoke travel experiences tailored to individual client preferences, encompassing exclusive accommodations, private tours, and VIP access.

Serving as the primary client contact, the Travel Designer ensures seamless service throughout the entire planning and execution phases. Coordination with luxury hotels, airlines, private tour operators, and other experience providers is essential to secure VIP offerings.

The role also involves managing travel logistics and documentation, including bookings and special requests, to guarantee a smooth journey. Providing real-time, 24/7 support to address last-minute changes and resolve any issues is a critical component of the position.

The Travel Designer stays informed on the latest luxury travel trends, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences. Utilizing travel management software to track bookings, payments, and client preferences ensures organization and efficiency.

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with at least 3 years of experience in luxury travel planning or concierge services. Strong industry connections with high-end travel vendors are essential to curate exceptional experiences and gain access to exclusive amenities.

Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills are mandatory to manage complex itineraries flawlessly. Excellent communication skills and client management abilities are required to provide outstanding service and maintain discretion when handling high-net-worth clients.

A flexible schedule is important to accommodate client needs beyond standard business hours.

Nice-to-have qualifications include: a background in luxury hospitality or concierge services; experience using travel booking platforms such as Axus, TravelJoy, Sabre, or Amadeus; multilingual abilities (French, Spanish, or Italian preferred); and firsthand travel experience in key luxury destinations, all of which will strengthen the candidate’s ability to deliver memorable travel experiences.
