What you’ll do

We’re hiring an Operations Project Manager — a hands-on builder who thrives in organized chaos. Your job is to turn loose ideas into structured execution.

You’ll take a messy brief, research solutions, define steps, and move projects forward without waiting for constant direction. You’ll track deliverables, update dashboards, create light SOPs, and close loops with precision.

You’ll work directly with the founder across multiple ventures (ParseForge, Opus Global, and PE Growth Partners), keeping priorities aligned and execution on track.

Your success will be measured by:

Timely completion of projects and clarity of documentation
Quality and independence of problem-solving
Improved communication flow and reduced need for founder follow-ups
Consistent, reliable progress across ongoing initiatives

What we’re looking for (Must Haves)

Strong follow-through and project management discipline
Proven experience managing projects or operations for international teams
Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ minimum)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out independently
Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple moving parts
High integrity and professionalism — low ego, high accountability

Desirable

Experience using ClickUp, Notion, Asana, or other project tools
Prior experience with EOS, OKRs, or similar operating systems
Familiarity with recruiting processes or remote staffing models
Basic familiarity with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, Slack integrations)
Experience supporting founders, startups, or small business CEOs
